Sales Operation Representative

We are looking for a creative & enthusiastic oriented Sales Operation Representative to join this fast growing operations team and who wants to make a difference. The Sales Operations Assistance will be responsible for providing operational support for this company’s customers before, during and after their purchase. You will be able to take part of building operations within the company with this international team operating across EMEA. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Entering and processing orders through the ordering systems and/or web portals. Perform issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate transaction completion
• Acts as a first point of contact for this company’s top-tier accounts, on daily operational matters.
• Engages with other functions and organizations providing a point of contact and support (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) as they relate to customer support.
• Resolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, inventory for fulfillment, shipments, deliveries discrepancies etc.)
• Contributes to efforts to optimize current processes, often collaborating with other groups within this company to improve day-to-day activities.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• 3-5 years of related experience in order management or customer service 
• Background in operational processing, with exposure to the sales & product fulfillment process. 
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, in both English & French is a MUST
• Experience with MS office is a must. ERP, EDI or any other automated order systems experience is a plus. 
• Decisive, service minded, action oriented, individual who takes ownership of open issues and work well in a multi culture team. 
• Ability to multitask while being detail oriented in deadline driven environment
• Problem solving skills; ability to troubleshoot system and process issues, with recommendation of possible solutions and/or alternative workarounds
• Display an enthusiastic and professional approach
